  3. Year - Donkey Kong for the Amiga is here (......since Jan 93)
  4. At least my dream came true - one of my favor games from the earlys!
  5. I remember playing it on the coin-ups in 1981/82 when I was 15 years.

  7. This games is fabulous! All 4 stages + on extra.
  8. My high score is over 50000 now (when I'm lucky)

  15. I tried all setup-modes ECS, cache off even Relokick 1.3 on my new A1200
  16. - SORRY- So If you want to complain do it!!!

  18. The group making this great PD-Release is BIGNOIA they want to make a
  19. Popeye conversion too. They are spesialized in making C64 conversions
  20. for the (great?) Amiga.

  31. When I saw this game in the PD-Corner of the AMIGA-Magazin I had to order
  32. it at once (that was in dec 92). I was so happy, now almost 10 years after
  33. DonkeyKong was running on my machine! In 83/84 when the C64 came out I was
  34. so jalouse at all the guy's who own this machine, because I couldn't afford.
  35. My first computer was a 16kB ORIC-1 (i still have it) in 1984. Then in 1987
  36. I could buy myself a real computer. PC or Amiga - I became the Amiga A500.
  37. I got my hands on the C64 ReadySoftI emulator - but DonkeyKong didn't run
  38. well on that. Now in 1993 I got the new A1200 and the game doesn't run
  39. again..........................................................
  40. (That is one reason to keep the old Amiga 500)

  42. I have quit fun playing the game sometimes. I put it on the Arcade
  43. Action Collection together with Croak, Missle Command, and other.
  44. You can get this on ftp.luth.se (aminet-suite).

  46. I am glad there are so many good PD-Programs for the Amiga - I never
  47. buy programs - first they are to expencive and second PD is my live!

  49. There are many good games Risk 3.0 (a war-board-games 100% conversion)
  50.  
  51. And one is for sure - the Amiga hasn't the power of the PC - but it is
  52. the most creativ machine of all. Who can emulate so much like the Amiga?

  54. Chris Hames relased PC-TASK 2.02 the fastest XT-Emulator for the Amiga!
  55. Now with EGA and even VGA 256 Color Mode suport on AGA machines!!!
  56. This is a demoversion with write disable - but works fine else!
  57. (You can buy a full working version for $35 I think)

  59. THE KGB-Spectrum emulator and another working on all Amigas.
  60. I even got a PC-version BOY thats fast (at least on 486).

  62. C64 Emulators, unfortunaly they do not work on other old Amigas with 68000
